A new Sunday morning wellness series running every week from June 7 through August 30. Each 2-hour session opens with a collaborative yoga, pilates, or stretching class led by a rotating community teacher, then flows into Soul Expansion — a guided breathwork and live music experience led by Freddy Gervasi and The Band of Souls. Brand pop-ups from DavidsTea, Blume, and Formula Fig throughout the summer. Enter through the East Gate (East Parking Lot). Note: no late entry after 9:40am. Tickets don't include castle admission. A before-work silent disco 5K run starting at The Well, organized by The Silent Party Company. Put on a headset (or sling it around your neck), follow a guided city route with a mid-run water break, and finish at a beach-side rave. Big energy, good pace, playful icebreakers to meet people after. Check-in at 6:30am, warm-up at 6:45am, run starts at 7am, wraps around 8:30am.
