Free outdoor yoga beside the Pavilion at Trillium Park, presented with NÜLOVE and led by some of the GTA's most experienced instructors. Sessions blend hatha and vinyasa with a focus on mindfulness and core strength. All levels, rain or shine, no registration: just bring a mat, water, and sun protection. Five special sessions are left and they're worth planning around: Awaken Yoga Fitness Fusion with JUNGLE:TO (Aug 30), Yoga Dance Party (Sep 5), Acro Yoga Fusion (Sep 12), Peace Day breathing meditation (Sep 20), and Yoga with Live Music to close the season on Sep 27, a guided practice led by Luciana Santaguida of NÜLOVE with live guitar and vocals from BEX or Gianluca Mauro.

A newer, smaller one on the west end waterfront, and a nice alternative if Trillium Park is a trek for you. Hosted by Taran of earth & om with thrive, the hour blends gentle yoga, pranayama breathwork, meditation and grounding movement. All levels, including complete beginners. It's free or pay what you can, which is the whole point: the organizers set it up to make wellness feel less out of reach. Bring a mat and water. One of the best outdoor markets in the city, set inside the dramatic heritage pavilions of the Don Valley ravine. 60+ local vendors covering produce, bread, cheese, meat, prepared food, and plants. Free to enter, just show up. The Local Food Court stays open until 2pm. Busiest in summer but runs rain or shine all year: note the market opens at 9am rather than 8am over the winter season.
